Enrichment

Gabe’s birthday is tomorrow and he will be bringing chocolate chip cookies in to enrichment for his classes: Boys Gym, Improv, and Board Games.

The chocolate chip cookies are Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and Nut Free. I used Country Crock Olive Oil sticks for “butter”, organic brown sugar, and organic raw sugar. Here is the recipe that I used:
