Enrichment

I am posting this to see if there would be any interest in a “Breads and Soups” class.  The first thing to know, this class would be 2 hours in length and the hours would be 1st and 4th hours. The enrollment would be limited to 12-15 at an estimated cost of $35-40.

     We will learn to make soup stocks and a variety of soups and chowders (chicken, beef, fish, vegetable). In addition we will also make a variety of breads that will pair nicely with these soups. Students will bring recipes and samples home each week.
