Enrichment

The church that hosts us has been having flooring issues in the room we use for the small gym (room 126). We have to switch up some of the gym classes to accommodate this concern. The changes are as follows:

1st hour:

Middle School boys gym, room 126 will meet in the hallway by those doors for attendance and will then go outside for class.

2nd/3rd gym (room 106) - unaffected. Meet and hold gym in 106 as usual.

2nd hour:

K1st gym - would normally be in 126 - they will go to 106 (the large gym) for attendance and class.

High School Boys gym - would normally be in 106, they will meet in the hallway outside 106 for attendance and then will go outside for class.

3rd hour:

4th/5th gym - would normally be in 126, they will go to 106 for attendance and class.

Girls gym - would normally be in 106, they will meet in 106 for attendance and then go outside.

NOTE - for the first few minutes of this class hour- both gym classes will be in the large gym for attendance - please remind your kids to be extra respectful.

4th hour

Teen Fellowship - unaffected - all will meet in 106 for attendance.

Your child's nametags will reflect their original room numbers - both gym spaces are right next to each other and our hall monitors will know to help as well. Know that this may be an ongoing issue and I'll post to the forum as things change. Pray the flooring issue gets resolved (as the church is a bit frustrated as well), pray for continued beautiful weather and the flexibility of our gym teachers and children.
