Old World Wisconsin HomeSchool Days
Hey everyone, sorry if this isn't the right place to post this but Old World Wisconsin is doing their Homeschool Days again! September 26th and October 3rd from 10am-3pm. Tickets can be bought ahead of time from their website, 10$ for students 5 and up adults 16$ and kiddos under 5 are free.
If you've never been before, it's a self guided tour where you walk from site to site, there is a trolly that picks you up and takes you to other big sections at little designated stops around the grounds. Workers are scattered throughout acting out and teaching the way some things were done. You can purchase tokens when you get there that you can cash in for different things along the way, something made at the forge, an old fashioned soda at the tavern, different items at the general store etc.
Let me know if anyone is thinking about going and maybe we can meet up there. I'll most likely be taking my 7yr old on the 26th.
Hi Angelina, my husband and I will be there next Friday with our 6th grade daughter. We are grateful to be going back as it's been a while since our last visit.
