Hey, all! Did you guys know that the new children's library in Kenosha hosts a monthly Homeschool Club? Tuesday, May 6 from 10 AM to 11 AM is the next meeting. The employees have a group activity for the younger kiddos (4 to 7ish) and for the orders kiddos (8-12ish). You do not need to be a Kenosha library member or call ahead to register in order to participate. I have always been super impressed with this event and my kids enjoy hanging out afterward to do all the other fun things they have to do.

If you plan to go, maybe try to arrive a few minutes early. There is tandem street parking along the building itself, and some spots in a lot next door by the dollar store but otherwise, there is no dedicated library parking lot. The last resort is parallel parking on 22nd Ave or a nearby street. This is probably only a nightmare for me, right? I can't parallel park to save my life! 😆 In all the times I have gone to this library, I have always been able to find a spot, but sometimes it's sparse.
