Hi everyone! Our Christmas Party is coming up soon, and we could use a few extra hands to help make it a great afternoon. If you’re able to help with any of the needs below, please comment on this post. Thank you so much!

✨ Volunteer Needs

• Craft Table Helpers (2–3 people)

  – You may bring a simple craft, or we can provide one for you.

  – Just need cheerful helpers to assist kids at the table.

  
  

• Cleanup Crew (As many as can help!)

  – Help with putting away chairs/tables and light cleanup (sweeping, tidying).

  
  

• Pre-K & Kindergarten Breakout Helpers (2–3 people)

  – Lead simple games for the younger kids in the small gym.

• Middle School/Teen Room Helper (1-2 person)

  – Assist during the White Elephant Gift Exchange.

  – White Elephant description: Students bring a fun or useful item they already own to exchange.

  
  

🍪 Snacks & Attendance

• If you can bring a snack to share, please comment what you plan to bring. Hot cocoa will be provided!

• If you haven’t signed up yet, please add a comment on the signup post with how many people from your family will be attending so we can prep for crafts, cocoa, and supplies.

• It's also not too late to sign up for a table if your child plans to sell at the entrepreneur bazaar. Sign up in the original post.
