HELP NEEDED FOR THE VALENTINE’S SKATE on 2/14

Six needed to make things run smoothly. Can you give 40 minutes to help our skate run smoothly?
HELP NEEDED! 8 adults needed. Four to help with checking in the Valentine Boxes. Four to help with organized in the Valentine Boxes by grade levels in the party room. Later in the event you would also be called on to help in counting ballots to determine the contest winners.
Volunteers would be giving up very little time to help with these very important jobs!
2 volunteers for checking in boxes from 11:50-12:30, your kiddos will have early entry.
2 volunteers to help with organizing Valentine Boxes1 1:50-12:30, your kiddos will have earlyentry.
12:30-1:10 four more volunteers for the above positions.
