Looking for a superb learning opportunity? Have you considered...
4-H? Opportunities are nearly limitless, it's homeschool-friendly, and a great way to expand your horizons. And, it's not just for farm kids--animals not required! STEAM, woodworking, shooting sports, foods and nutrition, goatless goat (yes, you can learn about goats without owning one!), citizenship, and so much more! Got questions? Don't hesitate to drop them below. Many RAHS families are 4-Hers too. :) Oh, and did I mention--the cost of 4-H is super affordable? Cost to join is approx $6 per child for the year but can vary by club as well as any additional project expenses, all optional. 4-H is programming for youth entering Kindergarten through 1 year post high school or 19 years. If you have younger children, you can bring them to the meetings, just know there won't be programming for them until they enroll as a Kindergartener.

Great! I did update to include some details around age/grade. If you enroll, 4-H does require you to select a grade. All kids K-2nd are able to add only 1 project on their profile: it's called the Cloverbud project. You can learn all about that at the Open House. It is an EXCELLENT project! I loved when Elisabeth did this project! I wanted to encourage that you can bring your littles with you to meetings, just know you'll want to bring activities for them as there isn't programming for preschoolers; Elisabeth has been in 4-H since toddler days. LOL :) Let me know if you have questions, Rebecca. 4-H can seem huge and overwhelming--and it can be! Just let someone come alongside you to help. :)
