Meals for the Murphey Family
Joy Murphey has served as RAHS treasurer for a few years now. She, Chad, and Nate are going through a rough time right now since Nate has been having lots of medical issues since May. Between trips to Children's, keeping work going, dealing with health challenges of her own, and another RAHS school year starting (a busy time for the RAHS treasurer!), Joy could use some good Christian love in the form of food for her family!
Nate, Joy's son, has some significant food allergies that would make simple, from-scratch meals the best choice for them. Corn is one of the worst since it's not a labeled allergy and there are many derivatives, including dextrose, maltodextrin, food starch, modified food starch, citric acid, spice mixes often contain hidden corn, and some others. PLEASE contact Joy if you have questions about an ingredient.
