Hi teachers - You should have received the Winter Enrichment Grid in your email. You can stop reading now, go check your email as the rest of this post is just a copy of what is in your email.
Please find your class and double check that placement fits your parameters.
Let me know ASAP if there are any problems. One class needing to be changed obviously requires other classes to be changed as well. The committee member who types up the packet starts her job soon and this all needs to be finalized in the next 24-48 hours.
If you notice your class name was changed slightly - we need the first 10 characters or so to be different from other classes.
If there is info missing on this grid it might be because you haven't filled out the google doc yet, or I was rushing to get this out to you all today (you'll know which fits you!) Ignore the info about hard floors and TVs - I need that for the schedule and it needs to be right in front of me or I'll forget.
Again - this schedule is subject to change so don't get too attached. Any mistakes I made would affect placement of other classes.
