*Important* Teacher Receipts

I just want to send a quick reminder to all of the teachers who received a teacher check for class supplies: please remember that someone will be available at the front desk to collect receipts. We need all receipts by the end of semester (Nov 14).

We know there are some teachers who purchase class supplies up front and some who purchase weekly, both ways are fine but we need to have the receipts for purchases on file for the semester.


The receipts being requested are based on the information we received from our accountant. Without the receipts it looks as though we have paid those that are teaching a class. We just want to make sure we are in compliance with what the IRS expects should we need to provide additional information to them at any time, and to also protect RAHS/Enrichment and our teachers.

As a 501c3 public charity it is imperative that we are following guidelines in order to keep RAHS running smoothly and to not jeopardize our status with the IRS.

PLEASE if you have ANY questions or concerns come see me at Enrichhment today or stop by the desk and talk to Laura. We are more than happy to help and answer any questions or concerns.

We appreciate each of our teachers and thank you for your hard work!

If all my receipts are online, can I just send pictures of them, or do you have to have them printed?
