Got Box Tops?

RAHS can use them! Box Tops for Education is a program created by General Mills, Inc. as a way for schools to earn money through the purchase of participating products. Box Tops were clipped off and given to schools, who would turn them in for cash. RAHS uses the cash earned from box tops to purchase new library materials and gym equipment for Enrichment. I will be posting goals to meet as I become aware of them. It's always helpful to see progress!

Box Tops for Education has since gone digital. Box tops are no longer clipped, instead receipts are scanned. Here's how it works:

  1. Download the Box Tops for Education app onto your smartphone or tablet

  2. Create an account if you don't already have one

  3. Choose Racine Area Home School as your school. If you need it, the ID number is 587482

  4. Use the app to scan receipts, both paper and digital, up to 14 days old. The app will automatically find any participating products on the receipt and put cash in the RAHS account.

The app is pretty neat! No collecting box tops or remembering to bring them anywhere. The app even has a feature that helps set reminders to scan receipts! You can also find a list of participating products, brands such as General Mills, Pillsbury, Lysol, Annie's, Yoplait, Old El Paso, PaperMate, and Nature Valley, to name a few.

Please let me know if you have any questions. I would be glad to help!
