Maple Sugarin’ Fieldtrip March 4 (1:15-3:30) **REGISTRATION IS CLOSED** Important info for those already registered to attend.
PlLEASE arrive no later than 1:15 as we need to divide into groups of approx. 20 and collect payment before the fieldtrip starts at 1:30. Cost is $6 for each child 4 and up. Please have the exact amount for your family. Payment will be collected by Debra Laverty. IMPORTANT INFO FROM HAWTHORNE HOLLOW Hello Maple Sugarin’ Time participants! We at Hawthorn Hollow are so excited to have your groups come to learn about the magical process of Maple Sugarin’! COVID policy: Hawthorn Hollow does NOT require masks. Our field trip takes place 100% outdoors. Weather: We hold our Maple Sugarin’ field trips rain or shine. Please dress accordingly. Snow pants, coats, boots, gloves and hats are all recommended on colder days. Where do we park? When you arrive, please park in the parking lot. Your group should then gather infront of our Nature Center, which is the building closest to our parking lot. Time: Please keep in mind, our schedule is very full for field trips in the month of March, so we want to try our best to keep on schedule. Our field trips are almost exactly 2 hours long. Misc.: We have a single stall restroom and a porta-potty if visitors need to use the bathroom, Participants will get a sweet treat at the end of their field trip (maple snow cones).
