Field Day Update
Field Day will be held Friday, June 10th from 10-3 at Calvary Memorial Church, rain or shine! A few things to keep in mind:
• Please like and sign your kids up with names and grades on the original Field Day post. We will be ending sign ups by Friday, May 20th so we can do plan accordingly. • Parents, please also don’t forget to sign up to help run games, set up, tear down, whatever you are able to help with. We are in need of help with games. Each volunteer position is an hour of your time unless you want to sign up for more! So far we have 8 parents helping, which is great, but won’t be enough to run the whole day. We n extreme circumstances, if you are unable to sign up to volunteer, please reach out to me and the planning committee and we will be happy to chat with you.
• Parents of teens - this isn’t just a day for the elementary aged kids to play games, this is for PreK-12 grade!
• Jasmine has so graciously offered to make t-shirts for the kids for Field Day. Please contact her if you have questions.
