Hello Everyone!
We’re preparing for Enrichment to start in less than two weeks, and I’m super excited! We always pray and hope that everything goes smoothly and safely each semester; however, with our size of group we’re needing to have emergency procedures in place just in case an emergency comes up.
I’m looking to put together a small safety and security group that is comprised of parents who plan to be at RAHS events (enrichment, some meetings, events, etc.). The group would put together a plan of action taking into account different scenarios we can think of that might happen (involving both safety and medical scenarios). In the event that something happens, the group would be notified and implement a plan to (1) assess the situation and (2) communicate to those within our group who can help and (3) prepare and communicate with first responders needing to come in.

We’re a group of mostly moms so you don’t have to be tactically trained to be a valuable member of this group (BUT if you are, please text me!). I’m looking for people who can assess a situation in an emergency and lead/guide/direct others to act appropriately.
