Yesterday was our 3D printing challenge at the FabLab. The goal was for the kids to design & 3D print a projectile to be launched from a catapult in order to pop balloons. They had a table of items they could use to make modifications. It was fun to see their thought processes & creativity shine. The teams were judged on design, teamwork, & number of balloons popped within 5 rounds.
