Monday’s Meeting

Dear RAHS Families,

We had an awesome time at Monday’s meeting. We discussed virtual schooling and had a very productive conversation about how we can help support these families going forward.

However, I wanted to share some concerns that arose during our recent gathering. While we love seeing our kids enjoy themselves, we noticed some unsupervised running around that led to a few disturbances.

I received an email from Grace Church that some of the children accessed the security computer at the information desk, which resulted in the camera system being disabled and unauthorized use of online content (YouTube). To ensure everyone's safety and the proper functioning of Grace’s facilities, we kindly ask that you keep an eye on your children during events and remind them to stay away from church computers.

We’re also excited to let you know that crafts are available in the meeting room for the kids to enjoy. Additionally, we are actively working to find help for supervision so parents can fully enjoy the meeting.

We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us create a safe environment for everyone. Thank you for your help!

Just to clarify, my daughter knew about the cameras - them turning off was unintentional (but wouldn’t happen with no one touching things,) but not about any YouTube content.
