READ! No access to first floor, classes affected!
Next week Calvary will be replacing the floor in the small gym and the hallway outside of it. We will NOT be allowed that way at all. That staircase, room 121 and the kitchen will be off limits. Hopefully the elevator will be accessible.
GYM classes - will be held as normal - however, the kids will have to go down the main floor hallway and take that other set of stairs (From the main doors, go up the half flight of stairs, turn right, pass the PreK room, go down a bit and there will be stairs they can take down to the gym.)
1st hr. Crafting Corner - will be held in room 151. (From the main doors, go up the half flight of stairs, go straight towards the nursery, turn LEFT, go down that staircase take that back hall all the way back to room 151. Please do NOT turn right at the nursery - we dont want children in that part of the church by their sanctuary.)
3rd hr. Edible Science - will be held in 151
4th hr. Critters 'n' Crafts will be held in 201, while Science with Mrs. Zimmer will be held in 311.
It is possible that the floor will be installed and perfect by Thursday but I likely won't know until I show up that morning.
