Yearbook Deadlines and Ordering:
You patient souls, thank you all so much for bearing with me! It is a lot but below you will find all you need to know regarding Yearbook deadlines and ordering. If you read to the end and still have questions or I left something out, please let me know!
Senior Pages:
Please have all photos, quotes, and information to me no later than March 31. There is some wiggle room if need be but this will give us time to get your Seniors page together and time to show it to you for feedback and changes. You can email the information to rahsyearbook.hsl@gmail.com
Yearbook Ordering:
The Yearbook will be $31.23, after tax the total comes to $32.79 for a 92-page, soft cover, full color book. You can order the standard book (just the pages Yearbook Class has created) or you can take advantage of custom pages. Each family has 2 free custom pages they can create BEFORE placing their order that is specific to your family and will only appear in your families Yearbook. Have fun, add photos, personalize it to your school year. You can add additional pages as well if you would like but there will be an additional cost per page. Each family will receive an email to create a free account with Treering (the Yearbook software) in order to create your custom pages and place your order if you would like. If you do not receive an email please comment below with your first and last name and your preferred email address. All orders should be placed via the Treering website but if you would like a standard Yearbook and do not want to create an account, please let me know and I can place individual orders as needed, I just have to work through what that looks like.
The deadline for custom pages and orders will be April 19th.
Estimated delivery is May 12th and the books will be delivered in a bulk order. This will be in time for the May monthly meeting and before the End of the Year party so everyone can have their books and have friends sign at the End of Year party if they want. A little birdie told me there will be a "Let's Keep in Touch" page for numbers and addresses for your friends to write their information down in your book if you want.
Details on creating custom pages:
Once you have created your account you will get a "Welcome Aboard" Page, click Next. The next screen will show you two options, Purchase or Create custom pages, click Let's go! Under the Products page you will see a generic yearbook (this is not the cover of our Yearbook) with "Add to cart", this option will be the basic Yearbook as designed by our class with no custom family pages. The other option is "Customize", this will lead you through the process of uploading photos to a layout that you can personalize with backgrounds, graphics, and any photos you would like to add to personalize your pages with. If you happen to find yourself on the Home page where it says Explore Yearbooks, you can click on Explore Yearbooks, and it should also take you to the custom page creator.
This is a lot, and these are very basic instructions I tried to write down as it led me through the options after I created my account, but I am so happy to help anyone who needs more information or who wants to meet me in the mother's room during 1, 3-4 hours of Enrichment. Once you are finished creating your pages you can print them to your Yearbook- I do not believe you can go back and Edit once you have printed them to your book so be sure everything looks the way you would like. I might be able to Edit from a creator standpoint, but I can't promise that just yet so be sure you like your pages before you print lol.
Thank you all so much for trusting me and my classes to create a Yearbook this year. We have all learned so much and had so much fun. I will have the Yearbook proof at the front desk these last two weeks so people can page through the unfinished version of the Yearbook, and I will have the laptop with me if anyone would like to see the most current layout before purchasing.

Yes, this is correct.
