Graduation Help
Hello RAHS family! Graduation will be on Saturday, June 8th at Calvary Memorial Church this year and we are looking for members who are not graduating their child to help with graduation. We will set up and decorate on June 7th, but the bulk of the help would be on June 8th. This would include greeting people at the door, guiding guests to the auditorium, helping to cut the cake and put it on plates, helping to keep the refreshments filled, and helping clean up after the reception. This is not a one person job, but multiple people would be appreciated. Having others help will allow the graduating families to be able to sit back and enjoy their student graduating without having to worry about the things above. Graduation will start at 2 and the reception will end around 4/4:30. We will clean up immediately after.
